The following groups and businesses make up the Worcester Bike Alliance. 

To learn more about each group, click on their name and it will take you to their website.   

Many of the groups in the Alliance have openings for volunteers or memberships.

508 Pedal Bike Life

508 pedal BikeLife is an autonomously-organized group of youth cyclists aged 7-24. They have been actively trying to share their slogan "Bikes Up, Guns Down,"

 

7 Hills Wheelmen 

Seven Hills Wheelmen is a recreational group for adults in the Worcester, Mass., area who enjoy bicycling and other outdoor activities. Bike rides are for all abilities and are not competitive. 

Barney's Bicycles 

Barney's Bicycle has been serving Central New England's cycling community for over 40 years. Our friendly staff can help you find a shiny new bike, a professionally refurbished used bike, or do expert affordable service on your old bike. And of course we offer a great selection of parts, accessories and clothing for all your cycling needs.

 

Fritz's Bicycle Shop

A bicycle shop that treats first-timers with the same stoke and excitement that a seasoned enthusiast receives. Whether you need your tire inflated or your suspension overhauled, you can walk in and feel welcome regardless of your knowledge of bicycles. 

Landry's Bicycles 

Landry’s Bicycles is now rated as one of "America's Best Bike Shops" — with stores in Boston, Braintree, Natick, Newton, Norwood, Westboro, and Worcester.  Massachusetts. Landry's Bicycles is collectively owned by our dedicated employees.

WalkBikeWorcester

WBW works to make walking and bicycling in Worcester more safe, pleasant and convenient. WBW was founded to carry forward the active transportation priorities identified through the City of Worcester’s Mass in Motion grant.  We work to bring the “complete streets” approach into multiple city plans, policies and practices.

Worcester Earn-A-Bike   

Our marquee program engages people of all social and economic means,empowering them to

volunteer and learn basic bicycle maintenance, while earning a FREE bicycle.

WooRides 

WooRides has brought Worcester, Ma its first ever cycle rickshaw service. We bring a sustainable mode of transportation for the city's rising population and new level of character to Worcester's cityscape.

Worcester Department of Transportation and Mobility

Not an official member of the Alliance.  The DTM is a new department established in July of 2022. In partnership with other agencies and municipal departments, DTM plans, coordinates, designs and implements transportation programs and projects that promote safe, equitable and sustainable mobility options.
